Confidential communications between you and our office is essential in order to meet all your health care needs.  Your questions can usually be answered during your office visits.  If, however, some questions arise, please call the office so we may refer to your file while answering your questions.  We can also be reached by email at: sengen@sengen.us but understand that it may not be checked daily.  Our fax machine has 24 hour access for you to send us copies of outside medical records/reports; the number is 308-234-6127.  As often as possible, we PREFER NOT to be placed in a position of attempting to diagnose or treat any condition over the phone without examining the patient.
