Our office is open by appointment.  Walk-in visits are seen on a time-available only basis. Appointments are made up to 12 months in advance.  Should a conflict arise with your scheduled appointment, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance when possible to prevent the addition of a small "change appointment" fee to your account;  48 hours for extended, new patient examinations. 

Although it is requested often, it is NOT ok for a patient to call us on the day of their appointment and tell us they can't make their appointment, but they are sending in another family member in their place.  We have each patient's program of care arranged for their optimum healing, and their appointments are scheduled accordingly, based on time, room, and equipment usage.  Changing that schedule requires revising their whole treatment plan.  Placing another family member with a DIFFERENT treatment plan (or none at al!l) in another patient's time spot without our approval just does not work for us or them, due to different room, time,  and equipment demands that their case requires.

A small deposit is required for all new patient appointment reservations.  If the patient is under age 19, or disabled, a parent or authorized guardian must be present with them at every office visit, unless a temporary guardianship form is on file from you.  (We have them available here).  Should you need assistance getting into our office once you are on our clinic campus, please call us from your car on your cell phone and we will come out and meet you with a wheelchair and assist you in through our wheelchair access.
